Each rep opens the street list on their phone and taps what happened at every door. No app to download: they text LOGIN to the TriStar text line once and save the link it sends.

What each tap does

  • Not home. The house stays on the list for the next pass.
  • Talked, or come back. It goes on that rep’s list with the day they said, so it doesn’t get lost in a notebook.
  • Booked a roof check. The homeowner goes straight into AccuLynx as a new lead, with door knocking as the lead source, so cost per signed roof counts it.
  • Never come back. The address is skipped for every rep from then on.

Forgot to tag? A rep can text the line instead, like “Maple St, 412 to 440, nobody home,” and the desk tags the whole stretch.
